Refund and Returns Policy

At Kynetik Core, refunds and returns follow Razorpay guidelines.

Returns :

Accepted within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable:

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used via Razorpay

Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
